Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, June 11, 2025

Addison Volunteer Fire Station, Addison, VT

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Tim Davis.

Secretary’s Report: A motion was made by Tim Bouton, seconded by Tim Davis to approve the

minutes from the previous meeting as dispersed. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Brian Nolan made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report as distributed,

seconded by Dick Terk. Motion carried.

Land Opportunities: No new properties were reported.

Bylaws: Bob Patterson made a motion, seconded by Tim Davis, to accept the latest edition of the

Bylaws with one small amendment on Article X, Section 1. Motion passed.

Fundraising Ideas: No report.

T-shirts: Tim Bouton showed the group the Club t-shirts that he had made up. After discussion, it was

decided that the t-shirts would be sold for $20.00 each. There was discussion about whether funds

could be collected now or whether we need to have the bank account set up first. Tim Bouton will

work on this process and update the group later.

Membership Fees: There was much discussion about whether the $100.00 membership fee was too

much. Dick Terk made the motion, seconded by Brian Nolan that the membership fee be reduced to

$50.00 and that one t-shirt would be given per membership. Motion passed by a vote of the attending

Directors.

Web page: Tim Davis stated that he will check in with his son, Tim, about setting up a web page for

the Club.

Meeting Dates: There was discussion about meeting dates and whether there should be a different

day of the week that the Club meets so more people could attend. Jenn will check in with the

Addison Fire Department to see if the meeting room could be used on the second Tuesday of the

month. Dick Terk said he would be able to send out meeting notifications.

Tim Bouton made the motion, seconded by Tim Davis, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:26 pm.
